Blue Star is India’s largest central air-conditioning company with a network of 32 offices, 7 modern manufacturing facilities, over 2000 dealers and around 2500 employees. It caters to the needs of a large number of corporate, commercial and residential customers, while also being a leader in the field of commercial refrigeration.
On the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of its founder Mohan T. Advani, the company was looking for a simple yet effective way of revisiting the brand’s illustrious history, inspiring their employees to achieve future goals.
Our aim was to create an interesting, engaging activity that would take employees through Blue Star’s journey towards becoming a world-class engineering company. We created an engaging online quiz contest for Blue Star’s nationwide sales team.
The quiz consisted of a series of questions designed to unveil the man behind the legend – Mohan T. Advani, as well as highlighted important moments in a journey that transformed Blue Star from a three member team to one of the most reliable and renowned names in air-conditioning and refrigeration. The quiz was hosted on a microsite that mirrored Blue Star’s branding.
