Over 50 per cent of its revenues flow from its overseas operations spanning 36 countries. The Group is a diversified conglomerate comprising of businesses in cement, aluminum, textiles and fibers, chemicals, financial services, retail, insulators, mining and metallurgy, carbon black, wind power, solar power and telecom.
Being a conglomerate that consists of a range of companies that bring about a change in numerous lives, the customer play a vital role in the thought process and working of the entire company. ABG envisioned that the customer journey could be enhanced with the input of people who dealt closely with the customers – their employees. They needed an innovative solution that would help consolidate as well as narrow down the ideas shared by employees.
Keeping in mind the scale and size of ABG, Fountainhead Digital MKTG designed and developed an interactive portal named Hello Bosstomer, that encourages ABG employees to share their thoughts on improving customer centricity.
The interface is designed in a manner that engages with the employees, connects them to senior management for guidance while allowing them to submit multiple ideas easily. The entire portal reflects the philosophy of ABG and ensures that each employees can freely express their views and opinions. We created awareness about the platform and drove user registrations through aggressive email marketing that promoted a sense of responsibility among the employees.
