Mahindra Has Talent is a Cultural Outreach Initiative of the Mahindra Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates and a global automotive leader. Mahindra Has Talent serves as a platform where employees showcase their talent and win a chance to perform at the grand Mahindra Rise Awards in Mumbai, India.
The team at Mahindra’s Cultural Outreach division wanted a web portal to host a new initiative ‘Mahindra Has Talent’. It was conceptualised as a talent destination for a group-wide employee engagement initiative based on performing arts.
Fountainhead Digital worked with Mahindra Cultural Outreach to redesign and redevelop the Mahindra Has Talent website, to translate the platform’s vision and energy into a digital experience that is interactive and user-friendly.
With a clean and contemporary design, users could easily navigate their way to uploading their performances as videos. Going a few steps further, with a feedback system built into the site, user entries received votes and comments from encouraging colleagues and friends, which further enhances the buzz generated by the initiative within the Mahindra Group.
