Fountainhead Digital MKTG designed and developed OpEx – a learning and skill development platform for all Aditya Birla Group employees. Here, the employees of the Group can log in to the app and develop core skills and sign up for learning programs.

Each Learning Domain comprises of various Learning Levels to determine the extent of the domain required to perform the job successfully depending on the job role.
