The Ask

The Aditya Birla Group is aiming to build competency for sustainable implementation of Operational Excellence practices and tools across businesses. The Group needed a mobile application to improve customer satisfaction and support business sustainability through a safe and healthy work environment.

The Solution

Fountainhead Digital MKTG designed and developed OpEx – a learning and skill development platform for all Aditya Birla Group employees. Here, the employees of the Group can log in to the app and develop core skills and sign up for learning programs.

Each Learning Domain comprises of various Learning Levels to determine the extent of the domain required to perform the job successfully depending on the job role.

Methodology

The training methodology comprises of e-Learning modules, classroom delivery, as well as onsite training.
