ABG Employer Brand videos



The Aditya Birla Group is a USD 43 Billion diversified conglomerate with businesses ranging from the sectors of Telecom to Aluminium. With 120,000 employees, across 42 nationalities in 36 countries, the Aditya Birla Group’s Employee Value Proposition is ‘A World of Opportunities’, which is symbolic of the group being as large and diverse and thus, a world in itself. In order to substantiate the communication of its EVP across the various touch-points of its employer brand communication, Fountainhead Digital MKTG created a series of multi-format employee and leadership testimonial videos. The videos covered a wide range of aspects, from Policy to Inclusion to Rewards & Recognition, Learning, Career Charts, Life at the Group and Legacy. The videos were also diverse in subjects, language and formats, thus, finding application across all communication points. The resulting bank also serves as a ready reckoner for content to substantiate policy decisions and initiatives.
