Fountainhead Digital MKTG developed the ABG Awards’ primary digital entities - a robust website and smart app. The website and app were designed to keep the Groups employees engaged for the run up to the mega Awards ceremony and even after its completion. The dynamic website offered relevant content, videos and encouraged employees to participate in the activities leading up to the Awards. The App was the centre of engagement related to the awards, while also serving the purpose of extending the reach of the Awards, far beyond the select few from corporate offices and senior leadership. It hosted games and fun engaging activities backed by a leaderboard that helped employees track the points they earned for their participation. In all, the website and app served as powerful communication and engagement tools that kept the employees engaged pre and post the Awards.
