Fountainhead Digital MKTG worked with the Aditya Birla Group to develop a rich website, conveying the Group’s Employee Value Proposition of ‘A World of Opportunities’.
The $48.3 billion Aditya Birla Group, a League of Fortune 500 organization with over 120,000 employees and businesses in a wide range of sectors – metals, textiles, carbon black, telecom and cement spanning 34 countries worldwide.
The Group’s Employee Value Proposition is based on the theme of ‘A World of Opportunities’ – putting forward the ability to build rich careers by traversing businesses, functions and geographies - all of which has led to a series of awards and accolades for being one of the Best Employers.
The challenge presented to Fountainhead Digital MKTG was to convey this in a manner that is contemporary to help connect to a young and digitally discerning audience.
Fountainhead Digital MKTG created a progressive website covering all aspects of the Company’s employer brand communication. Cleverly mapped out sections made it easy to navigate. A bright and vibrant design theme was used keeping in mind the millennial audience. The ABG brand values are upfront followed by relevant testimonials from existing employees of the same TG. The UI is seamless and dynamic. The website ended up as a successful medium of recruitment and the significant rise in applications was the indicator of success.
